The historic two-day affair featured performances by Lil Wayne, Kid Cudi, Summer Walker, Jazmine Sullivan, Kehlani, UMI, Coi Leray, SWV, Latto, Machine Gun Kelly, Doechii, and more. During the final weekend in April, Pharrell’s Something In The Water Festival returned to Virginia Beach.
